Metropolitan Lofts

Great pics. Do they plan to do anything with the outside of that building?  At the very least all of the windows should match.

Yes...

they are renovating the exterior of the building as well.  this week they should be getting four flags that will be hoisted over the main entrance and over the street that the building is on.  the developer is out of atlanta.  seems to really know what he is doing.  Metropolitan Lofts will be sold as condos in 2-3 years.

Thanks for the pics.  Metropolitan Lofts did an excellent job. I had seen the others before, It will be great to see the 16 Loft project start as well.

How was the attendance at the event, BTW

attendance

Not too sure of the numbers. There was a moderate crowd at most of the properties. Nothing overwhelming though. It was a little disappointing that most of the stops were just sales offices.

Disappointing? OH Yah, did you notice that the beautiful Jacksonville skyline was reduced to the worst day in LA smog - what was the yuch rusty/brown all about?  Graphics - names of contributors you couldn't even read, tickets with no venues on them, no starting place, it's just a good thing that DVI was able to help DTC so much, since the graphics was all DVI.  Who approved it - I was enbarrassed.  It should have been a bright blue sky - or at least teal.
