Today we ventured into the Councilwoman’s office since we had still not received an acknowledgement from her office that they had received our email or that they would be complying. We took our video camera along. Ruple (Reggie Fullwood’s assistant) is on the left and Daisy Brown (Pat’s assistant) is on the right. Daisy, in particular, did not want to be on camera, so we had to shut it down early. We are satisfied to report that today - in stark contrast to Monday - there was a spirit of compliance in the air. Daisy Brown told us that we would have the emails by Friday morning…but she said the only emails would be between Pat’s office and the Office of General Counsel. We told her she may also want to double check the emails between Pat’s office and Councilman Dan Davis’s office (we know of at least one email exchange between these two). Ruple told us that there were NO emails in regards to the ordinance (First Timothy Baptist Church allocation of $1.1 million of City money) from or to Councilman Fullwood. Here is the short video. |
