About Tapestry Park

Tapestry Park’s urban village is a unique combination of traditional, but chic, condominium residences interlaced with boutique shops, office space, popular eateries and retail services. Tapestry Park, is a mixed-use development located in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. It is a component of Deerwood Park, the MSA’s largest suburban office development containing over 3.4 million square feet of office space with supporting retail, hotel and entertainment venues. The 1000-acre park began in 1983 and is home to over 50 companies employing over 15,000 people. Deerwood Park has been recognized twice, once in 1992 for Merrill Lynch North Campus and, again in 1995 for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida – as one of the top 10 corporate relocation sites in the country. Within 5 miles of Tapestry Park there are approximately 72,000 employees.

The steakhouse, and wine and martini bar, also has locations in Hallandale, Palm Beach Gardens, Houston, Austin, and Dallas.

The restaurant sits on the corner, opening up onto the street strip.

There is an outdoor dining patio, like most of the eating spots in this plaza.

The hotel chain has 76 locations worldwide. Locally, there's another one by the airport. In Florida, there's one in Tallahassee and two are slated for 2012 and 2013 openings in the Miami area.

Hotel Indigo

Hotel Indigo is a chain hotel company with locations in 13 states, and several countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Costa Rica, and China. Each has a distinct local character, reflective of its surroundings.

The hotel is adjacent to residential spaces, and together mark the endpoint of the plaza, which sits along a lake facing Gate Parkway.

Tapestry Park III

Tapestry Park III was developed by Arlington Properties and consists of 52 Town-homes, 18,000 SF of retail space
and 279 luxury apartments called Tattersall. At Tapestry Park III, twenty-one of the 52 town homes reside above 18,000 square feet of ground-level retail space with the remaining 31 units located in four multistory buildings. Floor plans include one, two, and three bedrooms with approximately 1,261 to 2,682 square feet of living space. All homes include a personal garage for parking and storage, nine- to twentyfoot ceilings, elegant crown molding, six-panel interior doors, and tiled laundry rooms with washer and dryer included.
On the ground floor is a leasing center and clubhouse, a fitness center, a computer center for resident use, a game room with pool table, and a resident café with a largescreen television, wireless Internet, and space for relaxing and resident interaction. Additional amenities include a lake front walking trail, mail kiosk, swimming pool with sun deck, car wash, outdoor barbeque grill, and trash compactor.


Another strip has been built down the road from the main plaza of Tapestry Park, to the right coming in from the Gate Parkway entrance, adjacent Aloft Hotel.

Yashi Sushi, along with a medical practice, are the only tenants as of now.

Tapestry Park is located at the intersection of Southside Boulevard and Gate Parkway on Tapestry Park Circle. There is retail and office space for lease.
