While most major downtown projects and proposals have come to a standstill, 200 Riverside's developers have modified plans to keep the project moving forward.
Revised Project Description
Phase 1 will feature a 4-story, 130 room Courtyard by Marriott hotel. This 123,360 square foot building will include 8,500 square feet of restaurant and retail space at street level.
The adjacent 4-story, 83,000 square foot office building will include a 250 space parking garage.
Future phases involve the conversion of an existing retention pond into into a public park and a 21,000 square foot, 3-story mixed-use building featuring a 6,200 square foot ground level restaurant.
