St. Johns Avenue seems to be more local oriented, while SJTC is a regional outdoor shopping mall with national chains.  It has a natural flavor and sense of place that SJTC can't compete with or even tries too.  St. Johns Avenue and San Marco Square should continue to roll along just fine, no matter happens off JTB and 9A.  Btw, I thought Chico's was negotiating to open a location at 1661 Riverside.  Did that fall through?

There should easily be room for more than one location.
